Keep your reviews organized by resolving comments as you address them.
Resolving a Comment
When feedback has been addressed:
- Click on the comment
- Click the Resolve button (checkmark)
- The comment is marked as resolved
Resolved comments are dimmed but still visible.
Viewing Resolved Comments
By default, resolved comments are hidden:
- Click Show Resolved in the filter
- Resolved comments appear faded
- Click Hide Resolved to hide again
Reopening Comments
If an issue resurfaces:
- Find the resolved comment
- Click the Reopen button
- The comment becomes active again
Bulk Actions
For efficiency:
- Select multiple comments with checkboxes
- Click Resolve Selected or Reopen Selected
- Great for cleaning up after revisions
Resolution Progress
Track your progress:
- See "X of Y comments resolved" in the header
- Progress bar shows completion percentage
- Filter to see only unresolved items
Best Practices
- Resolve as you go: Don't wait until the end
- Add resolution notes: Explain how you addressed it
- Review before submission: Check all comments are resolved
- Don't over-resolve: Only resolve truly addressed items
