Creating a Guest Link
- Open the asset to share
- Click Share > Guest Link
- Configure link settings:
- Password protection
- Download permissions
- Click Create Link
- Copy and share the link
Link Settings
Expiration
- Set when the link expires
- Options: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, custom
- Expired links show an error
Password Protection
- Add a password for extra security
- Share password separately
- Required for sensitive content
Permissions
- View only: Can see but not download
- Comment: Can leave feedback
- Download: Can download original file
Managing Guest Links
View all active links:
- Go to Settings > Guest Links
- See all links across projects
- Revoke links if needed
- View usage statistics

When guests open a link:
- Clean, distraction-free interface
- No account required
- Can view and comment (if permitted)
- Decision making (if included in workflow)
Best Practices
- Set short expirations: Don't leave links active forever
- Use passwords: Especially for sensitive content
- Disable downloads: Unless necessary
- Track usage: Monitor who's accessing
