Making Decisions

As a reviewer, you have three decision options.

Making a Decision

When you're ready to make your call:

• Open the asset in review
• Review all comments and feedback
• Click Make Decision in the top right
• Choose your decision:

- Approve: Asset is good to go

- Request Changes: Needs revision

- Reject: Asset is not suitable

• Add an optional comment
• Click Submit Decision

Decision Types

Approve

• Asset meets all requirements
• Ready for the next stage or final use
• Creator is notified of approval

Request Changes

• Asset needs specific modifications
• Your comments explain what to change
• Creator can revise and resubmit

Reject

• Asset cannot be approved
• Fundamental issues that can't be fixed
• Project may need to restart

Changing Your Decision

If you made an error:

• Click on your decision
• Click Change Decision
• Select a new decision
• Confirm the change

Note: This may reset subsequent approvals.

Best Practices

• Review thoroughly: Check everything before deciding
• Be specific: Explain your reasoning, especially for changes
• Be timely: Don't leave assets waiting
• Be constructive: Help the creator succeed
