Approvalbox is built for collaboration. Here's how to invite your team.

Inviting to Your Workspace

Workspace members can access all projects they're assigned to.

  • Go to Settings > Team
  • Click Invite Member
  • Enter their email address
  • Select a role:
- Admin: Full access, can manage settings

- Member: Can create and edit projects

- Viewer: Can view and comment only

  • Click Send Invitation

Inviting to a Project

You can also invite people to specific projects:

  • Open the project
  • Click Share in the top right
  • Enter email addresses
  • Choose their project role
  • Click Invite

Pending Invitations

View and manage pending invitations:

  • Go to Settings > Team > Pending
  • Resend or cancel invitations
  • See when invitations were sent
